How We Ship

Any domestic orders over $125 shipping is free (does not apply to sales items).  We offer expedited shipping via USPS priority (generally 2-3 days in transit) USPS priority express (generally 1-2 days in transit).  You will select your preferred method of shipping at check out.  Most orders ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise requested as expedited.

Free In-Store Pick Up

We also offer FREE in-store pickup at our store located in Park City, Utah.  Pickup is    generally offered within 24 hours of purchase.  There is a pickup option during the checkout process online.  You will receive an email alert when your items are ready.  Please contact us at 435.575.1800. Emails may not be immediately returned.

Online Return Policy

You may return items for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to receive full credit all goods must be returned to our shipping department in original sellable condition, unused within 14 days of receiving your order.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs.  No shipping charges will be refunded for store credit.  Items purchased online may also be returned to any Splendor location.  Returns should be sent to:

Store credit will be given in the form of a digital gift card. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.

In-Store Return Policy

 You may return items for store credit only within days of purchase. If you would like to receive full credit all goods must be returned in original sellable condition, unused within 7 days of receipt.  All sale item purchases are final.
